They were extremely professional and guided me through everything from the day of the accident to the settlement. My case started in the beginning of COVID so it did cause delays, however they made sure that everything was handled in a timely manner for me to get proper care as well as initiate litigation within the required time frame. I was paired with one of their attorneys Scott Stengel and he addressed all of my concerns as well as continued contact following my case to ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend. Only concern I had was how long it took, but this was due to the pandemic, not related to the efficacy of the company itself.

Overall, this law firm is one of the most unprofessional law firms I have ever encountered. The past two years consisted of dealing with disrespectful staff, and going to unnecessary meetings. They wasted my time, my resources, and especially my money. They brought my settlement down thousands of dollars. I DO NOT recommend this law firm.

I have recently had an experience with this law firm that has left me quite perplexed. Over the course of the last few weeks, I have received not one, not two, but four legal documents in the mail, all of which were addressed to an individual I have absolutely no knowledge of. In a genuine effort to rectify the situation, I promptly returned these documents to the law firm, clearly marked "Return to sender, person unknown." However, to my bewilderment, the same set of legal documents has somehow found their way back to my mailbox, time and time again. This has undoubtedly raised serious doubts in my mind about the competency and professionalism of this law firm. If a legal entity can't grasp the basic concept of "Return to sender, person unknown," it calls into question their ability to handle more complex legal matters. I had expected a law firm to demonstrate a strong grasp of details and a keen understanding of proper procedures. Unfortunately, my experience has led me to question whether this particular law firm is deserving of my trust. Clear communication and the ability to follow simple instructions are fundamental aspects of any reputable business, especially one dealing with legal matters. In this regard, this firm has failed to meet even the most basic of expectations.

I have a beautiful experience working with Saiontz’s and Kirk with all three of my auto cases I had Josh Swanner as my attorney and let me just say he is the best. Josh fought very hard on all of my cases when I had to have surgery in one of my cases he check on me every day. I highly recommend Saiontz and Kirk they will always me my first choice when it come to attorneys and if it’s a ever a case they don’t handle they always recommend the next best attorney for me and my family. Once again thank you Josh Swanner and Saiontz’s and Kirk you have a client for life.

I am giving the firm a star because overall I received a decent settlement. However, it took three years of dealing with a largely unprofessional and rude staff as well as the disrespectful behavior of the attorney representing me. It pained me that the firm received a considerable percentage of the settlement. There was so much wrong done, but I will only provide few examples because I don’t want to spend all day on this review. The way the firm and particularly the attorney assigned to my case (automobile accident) treated me was the source of so much additional distress. When I actually speak with him (due to my own persistence) he would go on about his other cases. Essentially telling me he was working on more important matters when I called for an update on my case. When I requested and was given information about MY CASE by a rare responsive case manager ( I think I had approximately 3) the attorney sent me a warning letter. It was outrageous. He seemed angry that the case manager helped me. He was domineering and dismissive. He was so rude and condescending. Dealing with Saiontz & Kirk and S. N. was a terrible experience.
